Terms and Conditions

A 'Terms and Conditions' agreement includes the terms, rules, and guidelines for acceptable behavior, along with other important sections users must agree to in order to participate in your program."

Welcome to MyCaptiva Skincare! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals participating in the Program, either as the merchant ('we' or 'merchant') or as an affiliate ('you' or 'affiliate') who refers customers to our products or services.

By participating in the Program, affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

If a person initially clicks on another affiliate's referral link but then clicks on yours, your link will be the one that is considered for the referral.

An affiliate may be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage guidelines provided on the Dashboard. If the customer both clicks on the affiliate link and uses the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission.

Affiliates may also advertise merchant websites on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or offline classified ads in magazines and newspapers.

• Affiliates must represent the brand fairly and honestly and support the values and standards of MyCaptiva Skincare.  This is a cosmetic product; no one in the organization, including affiliates, may make any claims or representations of therapeutic claims or statements.

3. Commissions and Payment

If you refer a customer to purchase on our website, and they use a specific link to complete that purchase, you will receive a commission calculated based on the Commission structure. The commission amount depends on order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).

Affiliates must provide their payment details in the Settings to receive a commission. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for completed transactions with no returns or chargebacks, and thirty (30) days have passed since the sale. The Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives the merchant the right to review every referral order. The commission status is displayed in the Commission tab; any paid commission will be listed on the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Marketing tools

Through the Marketing Tools tab, we may share promotional materials such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions with you. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on affiliate channels.

5. Network

This is a single-level affiliate network.  We do pay downline commissions.

6. Cookie

We use cookies to track people who click on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we can't track them, so we can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

7. Removal from the Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can contact sales@mycaptivaskincare.com.

Merchant’s Right to Modify
MyCaptiva Skincare reserves the right to change or modify this agreement to meet changing market conditions.

Commission Plan Statement

Buyers using your affiliate link will receive a 10% discount on their order.  You will receive a 20% commission on the purchase amount of products.  We do not pay commissions on tax and shipping.  We pay commissions through Paypal 30 days after the product ships and when your balance payable exceeds $50.   We reserve the right to modify the affiliate program as needed at our discretion.

Affiliates in good standing can purchase MyCaptiva products at a 10% discount - plus earn your 20% commission.  We define personal use as less than two jars of skin cream per month.  We define good standing as exceeding the quarterly sales of $840 at current pricing levels and product mix: two jars per month.
